I just realized I am getting an empty page when trying to view the My Media section. Below shows I uploaded one video.

Any idea why I would be getting this after selecting the category when I try getting to the upload form. I tried default theme also but same issue. It looks like it's getting: DivisionByZeroError in the logs. [[Template mediauploader/front/global/uploadforms is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]
