When I try to cancel an invoice, I get

We have ongoing difficulties with membership product renewals. We offer membership as a regular product. A user may only purchase one membership. When membership isn't renewed on time, it's not possible to renew. Message You can only purchase one... Have to cancel old membership. With this error I can't even do that.
