Viewing Unread Content Activity Stream Showing Read Content

When I use the Mark All Content Read option, it properly marks all content as read. This can be seen in the All Content Activity Stream.

When I view the Unread Content Activity Stream, it shows all content, including that which is marked as read.

I've tried creating new Activity Stream with the only option being Read Status - Unread, but nothing changes.

I'm using Elasticsearch if this matters.

Question: How can I fix this?

Here is a screenshot.
