How do I edit the template to change 'Hi {username}'?

I had forgotten that this inserts itself to the email (or of view of the bulk editor). I just sent out an In Memoriam email to the whole membership and the email opens up with, 'Hi Como'. Not really the tone I was going for.

I have looked before - I think I even asked here - but the Bulk Email template does not appear to contain what I need to change.
