Fluid width and font zie in Theme customization in version 5?

Featured Replies

Hello,

Theme customization has completely changed and I can't locate the options I saw before where I could change the font size for many areas on the website, I could also change to fluid width size with a percentage. All that is gone.

On the frontend, I could locate the editor but I can't see the fluid width percentage and there is only one font size setting.

Where can I change all the typography sizes as before? And where the fluid percentage?

Thanks

There is no all size changer, it automatically adapts by what you put in that screen you shared. Or you would need to add custom css to each class you wish to change separately.

By fluid do you mean page width?

In version 4 there was a fluid option so that the width adapted dynamically. It looks like now it does it ok without that option.

I remember in version 4 I could change the size of everything without using CSS. Now it was made very dificult for non-programmers, it's another step back in my opinion. Because I am not a programer and now I can't edit the font sized individually.

Change is always difficult, but once you know the ins and outs of the theme editor, it really is a huge improvement. Typically, people don’t change every font size.

True, it's a one time change. But before, I could do it without CSS, now I am forced to use CSS and I am not a programmer. So that's a step forward, more over when the marketplace was eliminated and many programmers were forced to stop developping.

I understand where you are coming from. You could of course post a feedback topic asking for more flexibility in the theme editor to change font sizes individually. 😀

Many developers including myself post new applications on invision-market.com - we’ve seen a steady climb in applications being released recently. Worth a visit. 😊

I was already registered on that one. Thanks a lot for reminding me of it.
