Why can't there be an option for people to receive "everything" that is posted instead of having to follow. I approve only medical education members and everything that is posted would be of value to them. Is there anyway to have something formatted to work that way, The platform is very cumbersome to have to go into every post to receive the replies, just very confusing to most of our members; after 2 years we are seeing very little activity and lots of emails and complaints.

There is no option like that included by default. You'll need a custom application for that. There's a list of 3rd party Providers available on this site that you can consult if you're interested. I'm also on that list.

A possible "workaround" would be to subscribe to the RSS feed on the All Activity page: https://invisioncommunity.com/discover/all.xml/

That will include everything guests can see, but your members would still have to manually subscribe to it. 🤷‍♂️
