Cloudflare causing issues for access to my site

Featured Replies

One of my site users has messaged me earlier saying that he cannot access the site, because he can't get past cloudflare and access the site on his mobile, he's trying to connect to the site via wireless and mobile networks..

I've asked him to send me a screenshot, but thought I'd ask if anyone else has experienced this while i wait for him to figure out what he's doing :)

(He's on holiday in Greece from the UK, not sure if that would make a difference)

Right, I've heard back from him.

The cloudflare verification is just 'hanging' for him.... It doesn't go beyond this

Did you block any countrys?

Can you provide some info from Security -> Security Rules? --> Did you setup some rules there?

You should be able to see his tries to access the website in the red area, with events.

Ask him, also to go to https://whatsmyip.com/
So you know his IP and can see him inside the logs.

Check if the user is using a shared VPN at all. That may well cause issues. If not, please get the IP being used, and submit a ticket with this

Right.. Thanks mate. I doubt it as he's a technophobe to say the least!!!!

No VPN being used at all, I've asked him for his IP so I'll go from there
