Hi there everyone,

I'm curious about experiences with support on the subscription tiers.

It doesn't look like there is support available on anything less than enterprise? Do people have different experiences of this?

This is certainly not correct. Support is available within all tiers of the platform. It does seem that your post may have been missed here and stuck in an approval queue due to being a trial. I can only apologise for this
