Tags page additional block - request

Hi! I'm trying to find plugin, which will show not only all tags by clicking, i need to add a content for each tags.

Tag colours, tag view, tag customize...  But what about classic scheme: click on tag -> seeing all content with this tags AND a specific block above. For example, with tag "iphone" we will see a description of this device, like article (it can be expand) with photo and also title and description for seo. It will be very popular for users and for traffic.
