Commerce integrates with a variety of payment providers, allowing you to accept payments in a way that suits your community. Details of the available payment methods are outlined below.
Many communities find it works best to offer at least two options: one that accepts credit and debit cards directly, and PayPal for members who prefer that method.
Once you’ve chosen your provider(s) and created the necessary accounts, you can configure them in the Admin CP by navigating to:
Commerce → Payments → Settings → Payment Methods
Stripe
This payment method allows you to accept all major credit and debit cards directly on your community, and will also allow:
Browser Features (Apple Pay / Google Pay)
Users with a supported device / browser can use the browser's native features for taking payments (for example, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
Alipay
A popular payment method in China. Users will be redirected to the Alipay website to complete checkout.
Bancontact
A popular payment method in Belgium. Users will be redirected to the Bancontact website to complete checkout.
Giropay
A popular payment method in Germany. Users will be redirected to the Giropay website to complete checkout.
iDEAL
A popular payment method in the Netherlands. Users will be redirected to the iDEAL website to complete checkout.
SOFORT
A popular payment method in Europe. Users will be redirected to the SOFORT website to complete checkout.
Recurring Payments
Customers can securely store their card details and be automatically charged for recurring payments, making it ideal for subscriptions and ongoing services.

Supported Countries and Currencies
Available to businesses in 25 countries and capable of accepting payments from customers worldwide in over 130 currencies.
Important
Stripe enforces a minimum amount per transaction, as per their currencies documentation shown above. Using the checkout for an amount lower than the amount shown, will cause the stripe payment method not to show.
Paypal
Either accept card payments directly, or redirect the user to the PayPal site.
Recurring Payments
If redirecting user's to the PayPal site, Billing Agreements can be used. Learn about the limitations of Billing Agreements
Fees*
2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. No set up or or monthly fees for redirecting to the PayPal site, $30 monthly fee for accepting card payments directly.

Manual
You can also set up a "Manual" payment method to accept payments by bank transfer, cheque, or any other method where you will provide the customer with instructions and then manually mark when the payment has been received.
