    Postmark

    What is Postmark?

Postmark is a transactional email delivery service designed to ensure your community emails are delivered quickly and reliably. Delivering essential messages such as account notifications, password resets, and system alerts, helping to ensure these important emails reach your members without delay.

Through integration, your Invision Community can send emails via Postmark’s infrastructure, improving deliverability and providing detailed insights into message activity, including delivery status, opens, and bounces.

    Cloud Services

If you are using one of our cloud services, your emails by default are being sent via postmark, using our cloud service email. However, you can use your own external postmark account, should you wish to do this.

    Setting Up

In order to set up postmark integration, you must first obtain an Postmark server API key. You can get this from postmark, by following the instructions laid out in their documentation
