  • 1. Contact Us

    Reach out to us using the form below to ask questions, share goals or see if switching to our Cloud-based plans is right for your community.

  • 2. Purchase your new plan

    Once we decide your community could benefit from our Cloud enviornment, purchase your new plan.

  • 3. Coordinate migration

    After purchasing the plan, reach out to us to coordinate a time to schedule the migration.

  • 4. Your community is live

    All set! Your community is now fully-functional on our Cloud-based plans.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will my community be updated to the latest version?

    Yes. It’s important we ensure your community is on the most up-to-date, stable version of our platform. Following your migration, your community will be on the latest version and you can then take over with upgrades from there.

  • How long does the migration take?

    Migrations are typically finished in one business day. However, expect the total turnaround time to be 1-2 weeks (this includes scheduling).

    Once detailshave purchased your new plan and coordinate with us, we’ll add your migration to our project queue. We’ll work with you to schedule a time that’s convenient for you and your community to make the switch. We know how important it is for your community to remain online with minimal disruption or downtime.

  • Do I need a backup of my data?

    Yes. You must provide us with a full backup of your data. Please ask your existing server manager / host for access to a full backup.

  • Can I get a backup of my data on the standard plans?

    Yes. Your data is 100% yours. We take daily snapshots of your community, but should you want one manually, we can provide that to you. Contact us and we can get you a backup, typically same-day.

  • Will I get refunded if I just renewed my self-hosted license?

    We will offer you a prorated amount. This figure is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.
