I own a fairly large site (1M monthly visitors) that runs on IPS and we are running into some challenges trying to optimize our advertising tech.
We have a great in-house developer who is very familiar with IPS, but we are looking to hire a consultant who has specific knowledge about how to optimize programmatic ads within IPS. I'm not technical personally but I'll do my best to describe our need.
Specifically, for programmatic ads we use GAM/AdX, Amazon UAM and media.net is our heading bidding wrapper that manages 6-8 SSPs. We have a few problems that we are trying to solve: 1) 20-30% of our ad requests are not translating into code served, 2) we are only filling 90% of our impressions despite having $0.01 price floors and seemingly plenty of demand partners, 3) our ad visibility is only 60%, which is hurting our CPMs and 4) for some reason we are sending almost 2x the number of impressions to our SSPs that we see in GAM. It feels like we are missing something within IPS that is creating these problems.
We are looking to hire someone on a short-term consulting basis who has experience implementing these specific ad tools into IPS, and can point to their success.
