  1. Our Medical Education Community Would Like to Receive EVERY Post That is Sent From Everyone

    Karen Zagar posted a topic in Ideas and Requests
    Why can't there be an option for people to receive "everything" that is posted instead of having to follow. I approve only medical education members and everything that is posted would be of value to them. Is there anyway to have something formatted to work that way, The platform is very cumbersome to have to go into every post to receive the replies, just very confusing to most of our members; after 2 years we are seeing very little activity and lots of emails and complaints.
