Hello I need my domain currently registered with my key to be change from 'mydomain.com' to 'mydomain.net', I've changed my domain and I'm having difficulty changing it.

Ok so I changed to PHP from Sendgrid and works now. That fixed it. The real problem was fixed by deleting my old hosting and for some reason my DNS record for sendgrid was misconfigured to that odd URL. Either way thank you all sorted now.

So had a rollercoaster of a ride with my hosting providers. In short they made me use a CDN which only allows www. prefix. So I changed my website and configured it to work with it. Okay fine, after a few days turns out it didn't resolve my issue and they made me upgrade to a VPS. Turns out the CDN doesn't work with a VPS and only works with their shared hosting plans... 😴 So then I proceeded to remove the CDN and cancel my plan. Upgraded to a VPS. Transferred everything. Now I am having 2 issues. 1. First issue I believe is called by DNS propagating even though its been over 24 hours now. Some people that access the website are using an outdated version and when they post or do anything on it like make a purchase, the money goes through but nothing actually happens on the website for them. However if they use a VPN it seems like the website works fine and are on the right version. Yes I've already cleared website cache and also cleared cache from cPanel. Even used a gracious reboot on my VPS server. 2. Second issue is that when they are trying to register, the email gets sent out to their email ( and this happens even when using a VPN ) however the confirmation link redirects them to URL that doesn't exit ( I think its my old CDN one ) and it starts with https://url4446.mydomain.com/is/click?upn...... not sure what I should do. Since people practically cant create accounts because of this.

Hello need an admin to help me change the URL associated with my key in my client area from www.mydomain.com to mydomain.com without the www. prefix since I have upgraded my CDN I no longer use www. redirects.

Recently upgraded my CDN to a more powerful one only to find out they only accept 'www.' domains. So I went ahead and added a www. redirect from my domain provider, then changed the base_url in conf_global.php. Eventually got the website up and running and even changed my license key URL however seems like half of the website is working and the other half is not. For example in admin panel, the icons are not just not visible ( just squares ), people also are not able to register. However other things like pages and images / videos are loading when browsing around. Any advice would be great, already tried clearing cache too.

Hello everyone I hope this message meets you well. I am having trouble setting up Cloudflare to work perfectly with my website - whenever I force captcha on my website everyone seems to get in an infinite loop of "Checking if the site connection is secure". The only way to bypass this is by going incognito mode or clearing all site data through inspect element. Note : The first time you get the captcha everyone is fine, my Cloudflare is set up to ask for it every 1 hour due to the amount of DDoS attacks on my website, after an hour of browsing you get it again on your next click the infinite loading screen. Others browse for say 45 minutes, get off the website and come back the next day and they also get the same loop. Anyone experienced this please before let me know if you have managed to find a solution. Thank you.

This needs fixing asap - all my products show as free. Need an immediate fix I'm losing out on significant sales.

LIVE CHAT SUPPORT PLUGIN Hello - I am looking for a strong developer. I'm actually quite surprised there are no plugins like this and I also know it would sell like wild fire. I don't want to use 3rd party extremely complex like systems like Tidio or Zendesk. I want to host everything on my website and not rely on 3rd parties also I want a limited amount of functions. REQUIREMENTS: [USER SIDE] - Guests / Members / Customers should be able to see a live chat button in the bottom right of the browser. - When clicked it will pop up a Chat box where the following IF statements will occur : if guest = force them to make an account if member = start conversation with admin if customer = start conversation with admin - The live conversation will now take place and messages are exchanged bla bla bla - Can exit browser and log back in later and the message will still be there. [ADMIN SIDE] - Should be fully hosted on the website meaning there will be a dedicated page or place inside or outside adminpanel (but still within the boundaries of the website) where admins can connect to the customer / member. - Should have 2 sections [OPEN / CLOSED] - When a member / customer initiates a conversation it will appear in the OPEN section. - Admin can respond to members / customers - Admin can close conversation. If you think you are able to code this for me I am money ready - I am also not looking to be the owner of the plugin meaning you can sell it on the market place and make your money for it - I can just fund development and also use it for myself.
