  1. Excessive boarders

    We are experiencing a formatting issue when copying and pasting email content into Invision Community. Specifically, when we paste our pre-designed email templates, numerous unexpected borders and layout containers appear, distorting the original formatting (please see the attached screenshots for reference). This makes the email difficult to edit and visually inconsistent with our intended design. Are there any best practices or recommended methods for pasting formatted content into the platform without triggering excessive border elements?

  3. Adjust your preference.
