Hello, I have tried to use the webhook method and always getting this response from the hook: No matter what i try, i cant get the "Status" or user info from the hook. Am i doing something wrong? Tried wit Zapier too. Yes. I mean when someone posts a status update, I could post it to a webhook via Zapier. Currently I am able to pull blogs, forums, files updates etc.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to get the install done by changing PHP version to 8.0 Somehow the higher version of PHP was not allowing the install. The install was smooth. I am facing the following issue now whenever i am trying to login to the system. The SSL certificate is installed and the website runs on https protocol. But the login is always giving this: The login works when i click "Send anyway" Kindly help

Hi ErikC, I have had similar problems. Here is what i have done. First you need to establish that this is a one way communication. Website to Discord. It is not a Discord communication. This means that what ever member groups you set in Website will be set for Discord. So if your users are joining the website and your default group is "Member" then the discord role associated with "Member" website group will be assigned to them. Now if you manually or automatically change the Website member group to "Customer" then only your users will get the "customer" role on discord. Which also means that the plugin will remove any roles NOT configured with "Member" website group. I hope this answers your question, but a developer input may be more insightful.

I have some more questions: I see that we can truncate a text by limiting number of characters (Maximum Content Size) when we are doing Message type: Rich Embed. But I feel the there is not control on text limit in Message Type: Basic. The text seems to truncate at around 100 characters (or something close to that). Can we have more control on this? Regards.
