We also tried 3 times the installation, every time the result is the same.

Thanks, done this too, there is nothing in the uploads/logs During the installation there is no problem in the comunication and configuration of the DataBase, so the connection to your mysql instance is not an issue during the installation, everything runs till the end without installation errors.
