I've just checked and it seems I have several uploads of the conf_global.php file in various locations, tried again and I'm in 👍

File uploaded, made no difference at all, the site is still not accessible.

I need point out that I don't know the first thing about coding, I install software, I expect it to work as described.

I've just upgraded to v4.7 and now getting the following error: Fatal error: Cannot use "parent" when current class scope has no parent in /home/www/tipf.co.uk/forums/system/Theme/Theme.php(2703) : eval()'d code on line 37 The only theme I have installed is the default, although I do have the app 'Dark mode' installed, this was upgraded 2 days ago and is apparently now compatible with v4.7.

Hi all, Is it possible for Admin to unlock a Member's account if they have been locked out due to too many login attempts? Is it simply a case of manually changing their password for them and asking them to create a new password once logged in? TIA Phil.

Adding this to the htaccess has returned the formatting, unfortunately the SSL is no longer use and the site is showing as 'Not secure' again.

It is cPanel. I have 2 htaccess files, 1 at root level (in tipf.co.uk) and 1 in the Forums folder, is this correct and which one should I be editing?

Done that, still the same. The forum is now loading as 'not secure' again. With the old Support section, IPB would hop onboard and rectify any issues, not anymore. I have no knowledge of PHP, .htaccess etc, so am totally lost.

It was initially saved with the www, I've removed and saved to - $INFO['board_url'] = 'https://tipf.co.uk'; The site is still not formatting correctly I'm afraid.

Never heard of Cloudfare, so I'm guessing I'm not using it.

As far as I can see there are no hotlinks enabled. I've managed to access the ACP by removing the redirect put in place by the host (as advised by IPB) and clear the cache, but the formatting is still broken. I'm afraid I am completely stumped now 😌

While I appreciate both your replies I have absolutely no idea how to go about making the changes or even checking, coding is not my thing I'm afraid.

I've re-enabled the plugin, all has been well for the last 20 minutes. Sorry for bothering you with what appears to have been a temporary glitch.

The plugin loads but not fully, the slider is working but the tiny loading icon in the browser tab continues to spin and my site becomes slow, when I disable the plugin all is fine. I'm using Chrome BTW.

Since yesterday's software update (4.3.4) the plugin is failing to fully load, is there an update due or is the issue likely to be at my end?

I'm using a custom skin and the MFAR was there until the latest version of KS. In the KS options I had the ability to move it from the forum view (as your Screenshot) to the User menu, that has also gone.

'Mark Forum As Read' has gone? It's not in the KS options and is no longer showing anywhere on my board, unless I'm just looking in the wrong place which is entirely possible
