  1. I'm assuming it's all my fault, not a bug and I need to disable cloudflare! Just kidding and i see plenty others got the issue too. I see there is a patch. Moving on.
  2. I appreciate it. im not worried about the refund too much but want to get the issue resolved. I think it is a support issue rather than an issue with the theme itself. The theme gets regular updates including to 7.4. The version numbers get updated. Its just the cp is telling me its up to date. I cant install a new version either to test or customize. Not a support issue?
  3. I've had this issue going back a few versions. I even just tried buying the theme again, so please refund that, im using theme "raine". CP always says theme is up to date, it wont let me install the latest version or install a new version. Please advise. Thanks. Tom.
