I have a forum member who is getting the following message when he attempts to load any image into the Editor. He does not get an error message, just the folllowing.

1 file would exceed the total allowed size of 17.383kB and was skipped

Can anyone help us understand what is causing this and how to fix it? This just started recently, and we have no clue as to why.

We sure would appreciate any help solving this mystery.

It sounds like they have hit a limit for their usergroup. Probably the total allowed (which is the total over the whole site). Check in the content tab of the group they are in and look at "Total maximum storage". This will probably be close to what that user has in their profile. You can check what they are using by viewing that member in the admin CP and looking at the attachment quota
