When attempting to do the upgrade to v5 we get kicked to a contact page. Is there something specific we need to do before proceeding? We are aware of the feature changes.

Check you are logged in as the main customer, not as an alternative contact on the account

If you believe you are, please feel free to submit a ticket, and we can then take a closer look for you

im trying to g to upgrade mine but tells me there is an error - then when clicking contact us it just tells me to come to the support forum

You would need to email in to support. Or you can use the content form at the bottom and select accounts. As this is related to your account
