Was updating my site the update failed and now I can only see the failed update page, been waiting hours for a reply from tech support, can anyone on here help, thanks

You posted a ticket under an email not associated with your license there, so we would not correspond with you on that email address. I have replied to that, but you need to submit a ticket from the email associated with your license, and we can then help you on this.

I have corrected the issue for you. It looks like you simply closed the upgrader before it had completed.

It looks like its probably you trying to contact us, given you ahve posted here from your client account. Please note, while you can tell us from that account what emails you believe it to be licensed under, you must contact from an associated email itself. This is for the security of your account, otherwise anyone could ask us to do anything if they know your email address.
