Hi,

Almost invariably, the alt text associated with icons are a very poor match. They (sometimes) might work purely as descriptions of the icon, but they nearly always do not work for within the given content the icon might be used. From a usability perspective, we should have a method for editing icon alt text, either per use or globally.
