Hello,

We noticed the "coupons" option disables when someone attempts to renew from a inactive subscription or a active subscription to another membership. It completely vanishes. I've done everything to try to figure out what was going on, including enabling every option on the code.

We would need to understand more about your coupon configuration. Are you able to post how you configured the coupon? Things especially to check is if you allow renewals to be used with that coupon.
