Moving to group X after purchasing a file in Downloads.

Hi. I'd like to propose that the administrator be able to configure whether a user should be moved to Group X after purchasing a file in the "Downloads" app. Once all purchases expire, they would be moved to the user group. Not everyone uses the Store. This option is configurable there.
