Makoto is very helpful, and easy to work with!

I sent out requests to six different developers here in the provider directory and only Makoto answered in a timely manner, Four didn't answer at all, and one answered quite a bit later but i was already working with Makoto so it didn't matter.

Makoto was patient with me, and allowed me to respond on my own time. We are a company, and in the middle of several larger IT projects and some business projects so i was not always available to respond right away but Makoto never "jumped my case" about it, and always waited patiently. I bring this up, because in the past we have had a developer jump on to us and get some what angry for not responding "quick enough", this was before the provider directory existed however.

Very easy to work with, quick and prompt, the application worked flawlessly the first time and did exactly what we needed it to. I definitely recommend Makoto for any work you might need!

Recently I found myself without my former tech-help guy, because I had let him go due to him becoming very busy with his real job.  So I was eager to get someone new to help with the occasional tech issue, upgrading, etc.  After studying some of the support threads in this forum, I noticed that Makoto was not only often helpful on the boards, but also detailed and thorough.  I contacted him and after a couple of back and forths, we agreed he could help me with my forum search situation.

I found Makoto to be very knowledgeable and quick to respond to requests and questions.  I was most impressed with how he was willing to briefly explain the how's and why's about the work he would do for me -- this is so helpful if you're like me who is not exactly an expert at IPS and server issues.  I felt very comfortable that Makoto knew his craft and could handle issues that presented themselves. 

I would definitely recommend this services to other forum admins.

This program is worth its weight in gold! We recently hired him for a job, and so far his mannerisms are excellent! He is clear and to the point - we will be hiring him on retainer for us -hopefully- as it is hard to find the quality this gentleman has.

We hired Makoto to solve some performance issues we had after moving to a new VPS and upgrading to IPB4. He quickly started and solved the issues on time and on budget.

Makoto has helped me with a lot of things, when I request anything, nobody answers except him, he is so helpful, has experience and talented programmer. He is one of the best programmers I saw. I hired Makoto for a migration from VBulletin 5 to IPS. In the beginning all was ok but as the project progressed his communication towards me became basicly non-exisant. Because of this i lost confidence and decided to go with another developer.
