You can by pass it by entering something like

If memory serves, it's the file 
applications/(name of app)/modules/admin/(name of app)/(name of app).php
 
That gets around the CSRF protection key.  I've used it on one of my apps that hasn't been brought upto 4.5 yet and it works, well at least I haven't had any problems reported yet by my members

You should be presented with an option to migrate tags over once you install Radical Tags if it detects Advanced Tags and Prefixes is present.

@Morrigan, I wasn't able to reproduce your tag cloud issue at all anymore. I can exclude tags with spaces just fine as of 3.1.5. I made an adjustment there anyway, though.

I'm having a weird issue that seems to be related to having required prefixes in a section/forum.
Title changes, or adding polls, do not persist upon saving a thread unless I also remove the prefix. While I have the global mods are exempt option enabled, this causes problems for my users who want to modify their threads without us having to do it for them. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, but I'm hoping I can get this fixed.

I've fixed this in 2.0.1, please use the client area in future for support issues. This topic isn't for support

See above I do plan on adding this back in. I did try it in a few places, but it didn't look quite right. You can use the VLE for this ( ACP > Customization > Languages > Translation Tools ). The language string that ships is 'Feedback', the longer version is coming from IPB3, which means that it only affects upgrades.

@Jujuwar @NathanR upgrade to 3.0.6. Should fix your issue. Apologies for that.
@GrooveOnBeat I can't reproduce your issue with prefix not showing in title. Works fine for me. Are you sure you have that enabled in settings?
@David T. Cole That should be fixed in the last release. Please upgrade. Let me know if it continues.
@Joel R I don't have much to go on, but I can assure you the app does not modify that file. Try 3.0.6, it could be related. If not, try to track down your PHP error logs for me.
