From my quick look plugin seem the user that makes the topic can see the buttons but as Admin you see all functions.

That is my idea plus looking at small few changes so display guest better and other different options but moment busy finish up my themes and then all plugins get look at

Update: i think the problem exists because of this code:

The AUTHOR of the block is IPS.

The block is not working as it used to - so you lket them know.

I am not asking them to fix the portal, I am telling them that their block has errors.

Again not understanding many app could use different code then the core so if you report a bug that using IPS block and works in IPS core and not on third party IPS will send you back to the dev. This because core files worked fine on the core example forum, blog etc and not in the third party app like your example in your post but back on topic the portal works fine for me with gallery feed like does with forum app.

Yes all my themes being updated as we speak plan have finished by end next week little later then planned but this because my work on other themes been taking lot my time get every theme ready.

To clarify, I'm simply saying earlier date will show higher number of users than a later date.  I'm assuming it shouldn't do that, as the earlier date's count/value should be maintained until it is surpassed.

So best way to explain the number at end shows how many hours or minutes ago is from your new period or should be from 00:00am to 00:00pm but remember its your server time zone its getting that data from so you could be coming online at midnight your time zone but your server could be be hided you or head off you so unless coming same time every time then hard see if we have issue.

Not sure how you mean ? I count from your server time zone so if that different to your time zone may look like have more but that how built in core and re caching may reset that but never tested it.

there is a bug try get that fixed looks like when add correct settings we get broken plugin

so trying get this fixed ASAP.

You can't as using hook point and can't change them like 3.4.x all need be done via dev center.

Not sure how chaged css class as currently using ipsBadge ipsBadge_large ipsBadge_positive but i might look at making settings on font in 4.3.x as new option.

Click Star makes that app default so first item would now see portal and forum not default.
