    FA5 has been out for so long and had like a dozen releases that, I can't believe it still hasn't been properly integrated. Grumble, dropped the ball, mumble, mutter.... Just kidding. 🥰 The new FA5 extra icons packs are really nice. I wonder if IPS might one day release a SASS/LESS where CSS can be more quickly updated.

    Not had much time to test but a few days ago I tried out the new FA5 'kits' option with IPS4.4.8 and it certainly has great potential. Anyone else tried it yet?
    You basically remove the existing FA4 import code and install one line of JS script to pull in your newly created kit, then on the FA5 dashboard site you can flick one of the toggle switches, and in theory it upgrades you on the fly to FA5, but better than the old 4-5 shim they originally released as a stop gap because it corrects any outdated icon codes and adds ARIA accessibility on the fly (i.e. all of them In the case of IPS!).

    It also only loads the icons you need, which sounds like a great performance boost. It allowed me to use Duotone icons. I tried the web font option first then the faster recommended SVG option, it worked but some icons seemed a bit off vertical alignment wise, on overlaid icons like the Twitter and YouTube social media buttons in the footer. So I switched back to the web font version for now, however it may be because I'd been editing the pseudo CSS a bit for something else just prior, so it may work as intended.

    I only played with FA5 few times myself as really like the feel of the icons vs FA4 never noticed the toggle for loading both normal just use css to fix the issues between the to,

    Is there an option to show the member's ID number?  I use the unique ID for membership numbers in my website.  This is useful for member discounts with my vendors.

    Mike

    At moment nope that infomation not in the widget.

    I know you took this over but it needs a big re-do with the css files, Lot's and lot's of css are duplicated so to add to the custom.css is annoying as there is like 3-4 it needs to ignore before it reads the custom.css

    The store has images linked to coverfriends website

    .cPayment_visa {

        background: url(https://coverfriends.org/uploads/set_resources_147/25c7da8f03d0d6ae55d3be3353eb0ca9_visa.png);

    }

    for all the card types, I tried to override that in custom css but the default css for this theme has it set multiple ways so my images are sitting on top of loads of others JCdesign added from his own website

    I am working on this as part my plans clean up past code that not needed.

    .ipsButtonBar .ipsPagination .ipsPagination_pageJump a {
        color: #222;
    }

    also spotted this

    .cGalleryLightbox_info {
        background: #fff;
    }

    needs be this

    It has been many, many years since I did my first skins for your products (first skin was around 1.1 I think, or maybe even before that). Today I felt the urge to go dark as Blizzard announced Diablo 4 and in just a few hours I could completely transform my site.

    So thank you for providing a great platform for building skins easy.

    Not bad you missed few areas but good job.

    It is not important for me. I am happy now. Do care about your customers and make them happy 😉

    I care about all my customers paid or free as all just important to me, but like thank you for buying and also providing feedback 🙂

    It is not consistent. It replaces font in <h1>, <h2>, <hX> but not in <h1 class="ipsType_pageTitle"> or <h4 class="ipsType_sectionHead">. It looks odd for me and a bit like font mess if some headlines are styled different as others. I have added some a line to redefine the font in customs.css like this:

    .ipsType_pageTitle, .ipsType_sectionTitle, .ipsType_secondaryTitle, .ipsType_sectionHead, .ipsType_minorHeading {
        font-family: "My Font", "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
    }

    I can live with it now 😉 Probably you can implement two different fonts (like in the theme settings). One for headlines (all) and one for body. For me it looks good right now.

    I will take look updating plugin not sure if be this week as my work load been custom theme after custom theme and working with major client needs lots work done for 1st November but will get sorted in my spare downtime.

  9. 1. At moment plugin design just replace only the body text so its limited but if like make changes to the plugin so would target more then the body.

    2. believe answer this above so no matter what font have its only the body being targeted.

    3. No the plugin design global not per theme can look this via adding custom css into theme.

    I hope the above answer the question many people have paid for theme but don't really get much feedback from it so very much stayed as very standard plugin and open any feedback and suggestions.

    Hi, I have just installed the plugin and want to clarify some questions:

    1. Should this plugin replace all fonts on the website? My H1 and some other pieces are not in the defined font. Neither in my theme nor in the default one without customization.
    2. I can use only one font with this plugin at the same time? I cannot e.g. define Fira Sans for headlines and other font for the body?
    3. Can I have different settings for the font per theme? Or is the replacement always global regardless the theme?

    Number 1 is critical for me. It does not look pretty if .ipsPageTitle does not use the defined font, while all other surrounding elements have it.

    Give me few mins and answer all questions in detail just finishing off custom theme.
