  1. There is another way but it is a lot more involved and requires playing around with %'s and css but personally I think this solution not only is the easiest but also maintains the uniqueness of the intent
  2. Try this: In the pages template Supergrid Recorddisplay -> record you will find an instance of "ipsGrid_span3" about line 16 change this to ipsGrid_span2 Next about line 30 you will find "ipsGrid_span9" change this to ipsGrid_span10 See if that solves your issue enough
  3. For a long time now I have been using Ahmed for many different enhancements to my site and I can not recommend him stronger to anyone that needs his vast range of services. Ahmed now has become an integral part in my site's future and the very reason why I came back to IPS from Xenforo. He has developed many different plugins, enhancements, php development, themes and much more and he has even done things that IPS themselves said couldn't be done including advanced migration. Ahmed is a real nice guy to deal with and understands exactly what you need and is very cost effective so do yourself a favour and speak to him about any work you need done, small or large...just take a look at my site for evidence and the thousands of users he has helped there...thanks Ahmed, I owe you everything
  4. I am very interested in this addon if as requested by others that incoming rss news feeds could be used to auto generate news entries. I had an addon developed for Xenforo back when I was using XF that provided a great way of creating news entries from incoming rss feeds which also included a news reader and used an iframe to display the whole news record so the user didn't leave my site: Each incoming rss news item was also assigned a prefix which allowed for filtering the list as well So, I need some kind of an IPS News solution to replace the XF one I had developed
  5. I have a site that is just for Aussies, so to block everyone else it would mean I would have to enter every single other country in the world and block each one...is this correct? Also the duplicate IP address system I presume would not be very accurate at all as anything mobile is continually getting new IP addresses here.
  6. Hi, I purchased this plug in as a Club needs the ability for users to post anon in the club but I can't see any way to limit the Anon ability to say a club, only forums. If I select ALL forums then the Anon ability is available for ALL clubs. Ideally I would like it then to be able to just be on 1 forum and 1 or more clubs...any suggestions on how I can achieve this...thanks
  7. Any idea how I can have the supergrid view for a category view? On the landing page I have a supergrid view: On the Category Page I only get the default Page: On the sub category view I get the supergrid view: So basically I need the Category page to show a supergrid view with a picture and the category name...is this possible
  8. Here is a video showing the issue. You can see when I click the check box in Category View of records in an IPS Database the menu comes up across the bottom of the screen then the page goes to the actual listing:
  9. Not sure if this happens to everyone or not but when I click the checkbox to delete an entry or move etc when in thread list view it shows the normal IPS menu at the bottom of the screen to delete, move etc but after a couple of seconds the screen goes to the full entry:

Firstly I want to say a huge public thanks to Martin who helped me to get my data converted from Xenforo to use in Member Map 😊 However I seem to be having 2 issues and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. 1. I set the Marker Icon to fa-plane-arrival yet it isn't being displayed: 2. Site users have a profile field called Location and some 80% of my nearly 12,000 users have populated this profile field. I set the Profile Sync to the Location field and clicked the Restart Sync Process but nothing happens. Done it a few times and no user's Locations are shown on the Map. Am I doing something wrong here Thanks for any advice
  12. On both of these I get a Page does not exist error when there isn't any Renewals or Wish List compared to the popup window saying "There is nothing here". Doesn't look the best to users: And when I use the same idea for My Offers I get: The CSRF protection key did not match. This may indicate a plugin or theme is out of date. Please contact technical support for more information.
  13. It also doesn't work on v4.4.4 which is a real pain when you have lots of forums to populate with prefix options
  14. This has been asked several times by several other users and no one has ever replied with an answer so I thought I would ask again as I need help. How can I define the links to things like My Adverts, My Renewals, My Wish List etc so I can add them to the sub menu for Classifieds in the IPS Menu Manager If you can help I know not only myself but other users would be extremely grateful
  15. Just downloaded this and am a bit bewildered by it...is there any type of manual for it? My site is for aircraft pilots so is there a way I can use the map to have markers for airfields if I have the lat and long for each one? I already have a location field for my users to complete in their profiles...can this be used for the member map? Can I use Google Maps for this instead of MapQuest Sorry to ask these questions but after 122 pages of discussion spanning some 9 years I am unsure what is still relevant...thanks for your help
  16. When I create a bookmark and add text in the Note field I can't see where that Note is anywhere on any bookmark so basically making a note does nothing if you can't access your note...can anyone help with this, thanks
  17. If I turn off the "Display 'Classifieds' options in user menu menu?" option where is those menu items accessed from? The issue is that if I turn it on it places the sub menu options in the User's menu which is fine however on my laptop this extends the User's drop down menu below my laptop screen and I am unable to logout or access the Admin CP as they are below what I can see on the screen. What I would like to do is add the sub menu options to the sub menu in the Menu Manager OR some way to display them on the sub menu line when on the Classifieds page for example: Can you please advise how I can do this...thanks

  19. Found a bug in v1.2 The user has an image in his profile header however if they have their own store the header image is not shown. The image is there by right clicking the header and show image but it isn't shown:

  24. I have just purchased this great addon but wondering how I can make the category description shorter on the index page and deisplay the full category description on the category page. The reason for this is that on the index page it looks silly and not very user friendly on say a 1024 x 768 screen when you have a reasonable text length of a description. I like the look of it on the category page itself though. See screen shots to see what I mean. Is there any way I could make a template edit to fix this?
  25. Can someone advise what the permissions that are available for this? I purchased the other FAQ system and found that I as Admin has to add all the Q&A's into it in the ACP however I has a user on my site who will be looking after all the FAQ's and Support so I just want to given him permissions to manage it...thanks
