One of the IPS staff members (Matt) said that he would look into a resolution for this, but the topic it was mentioned in didn't have much to do with the main issue, so I decided to create the topic in here. Simply put, the parent skin, when recached, goes through every child skin as well. The problem with that is that, if you have 15 or more child skins (as I do, with customized NBA team forums) and your PHP memory is set a bit low (I believe), you'll run out of memory before it finishes. Can there be a way to recache just the parent skin? Also, it would be nice to be able to recache multiple skins, but not all of them. Using a drop-down menu, you can select just one, or select all. Being able to hold CTRL to select multiple skins would be great, but not as important as what was mentioned above. :)

Integrating IPB3 with my site is really, really important. I've been working on it, as a project, for the current IPB for a few months now (lots of data entry in between). I'll be done with it by late October. The problem is, that's a TON of hard work I've put in, and I'm not sure how IPB3 will handle things. Right now, I'm using something called Inferno to create custom blocks, to pull data from my forums. I don't think Inferno is being updated anymore, since the website is no longer up. My question is...will IPB3 have something new for us to create custom blocks and slip them into our websites? I was hoping it wasn't just for a homepage, either...but for any page we wish to create, in any directory. That would probably be the most valuable feature I can think of to date.
