  1. The simple answer is that calculating the number of online users can be quite slow, more so if you're using Redis as it has to use a complex key sort and we felt that the efficiency increase was worth the inconvenience. It's good though that Invision Community offers powerful tools so those that want to restore it, can.
  2. Hi Ian! I hope you're well. You are right here, but if someone has access to your email account, the security of your forum account is probably low down on your list. 😂
  3. Thank you for the great feedback! Those are some solid suggestions for the Commerce and we want to give it some love in the near future. Our main goal over the past 18 months has been to get a new platform together that will help us grow our existing feature set.

I think this is probably the simplest solution. I'll take it to the team.
  5. A patch is on its way to Cloud-Land for the following: #3681: Fix rebuild achievements task for the AnswerMarkedBest Extension #3677: Fixes an issue where “Reward <user>” was missing on the post menu #3683: Fix issue where user can downgrade expired subscription at no cost

We absolutely are. Do you have any thoughts? Off the top of my head we could convert them into a forum with the "members can see other topics" switched off, so they essentially become private topics?
  7. We are toying with the idea of allowing some more 'meta' tag tools for moderators when creating a topic so they can set an o:image for sharing purposes, and also for showing the featured image in other areas.
  8. The advanced tab has a lot of spacing options that conflict with the Page Editor spacing options. We removed the tab as a short term fix, but we're discussing internally what options we can bring back in a near-future release.
  9. Make sure your details are up to date in the client area and I'll take a look.
  10. We're still discussing this. To do what you need means effectively bypassing all iframe security and while it can be an option, it's a significant risk so we want to be sure we're thoughtful about it.
  11. We're working on it, it should be back up shortly.
  12. We're looking into this.
  13. I'll take a look on your site shortly.
  14. If you PM me with the site this occurs on, and make sure your ACP/FTP information is up to date in the client area, I can take a look for you.
  15. As Marc says, in v4 we showed you all the theme resources that the 'master' theme used, however in v5 we use far fewer resources in general, and you now only see anything custom that you've uploaded.
  16. Ah ok, that's just a duplicate query that was in the patch, and also in the full release. You can happily ignore it. 😁 It looks like something is blocking outgoing connections to our update server. You can download the zip and upgrade manually if it persists.
  17. Invision Community 5.0.1 is now available via your Admin Control PanelThis release focuses on bugs reported since the release of 5.0.0 and features many editor and UI improvements. You can see the full list of fixes in our release notes section. What's next? This week we'll continue to triage and manage incoming bug reports and we expect to have another maintenance release out next week to ensure that bug fixes are resolved as quickly as possible. If we see anything more pressing, we'll release a patch which can be applied via your Admin Control Panel. As always, thank you for your testing and reports. It really does help us!
  18. Matt posted a release in Release Notes v5
This is the latest version of Invision Community 5.
  19. Those are older templates and likely need updating. Generally we recommend using the default single column and using the Page Editor to create the columns.
  20. Is there anything in the System Log for this? Do you have any older apps in the filesystem when you go to install?
  21. Changed Status to Pending I'll add this to my "I'm curious as to what is going on" list. It might be the script tag, or it might be something else. Are your ACP details up to date?
  22. This has been fixed in 5.0.1 due out later today.
  23. Ryan has your ticket and we'll get it investigated today.
  24. Hi Steve, We have your request and it's been assigned to the best team member to help you. Thanks!
