  1. Did this change, like, a few minutes ago? I haven't touched my domain pointers in years.
  2. Our site was working, then as of about ten minutes ago it's suddenly returning "ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED."
  3. It's complicated. The original maker apparently transferred ownership to someone who removed it from the marketplace, and I don't know whether I'll be able to get it updated. So we may be be looking at recommissioning a whole new app, eventually.
  4. Yes, we're on the cloud platform. I would just need to know the time of the most recent backup to evaluate what posts would need to be copied and reposted.
  5. How often are backups made? We could easily repost stuff.
  6. One of the third-party apps that is critical to running my site had no incompatibility flag, but turns out to be incompatible. I've had to disable it to allow my site to run, but without that app, a great deal of our functionality is broken. Is it possible to reverse the upgrade for the moment, to give us time to figure out the way forward?
  7. Ooh, I've been living a life of unconscious crime? No fair! I never even got a chance to enjoy that I got away with something illicit! That said, if the need arises, will I be able to upload a new version of the custom plugin? For instance, if it someday needs to be updated to make it compatible with a new release of IBS?
  8. Earlier this year, I commissioned a custom plugin, which has been running happily on my Starter plan cloud site ever since. (I mean, I assume it's happy; it doesn't talk much about its feelings.) But now, I see that uploading custom plugins is listed as outside the scope of the Starter package. Did this drop off the Starter plan list of features recently? I assume it did, or I wouldn't have been able to upload the first one, unless I'm some sort of unconscious hacking genius. (Spoiler alert: I'm not.) I had envisioned commissioning additional plugins over time, but I have no intention of upgrading to the next plan anytime in the near future, since it would double the cost of running the site and I am nowhere near the membership level to justify it. I am sad.
  9. Oddly, that XML dependency did NOT show on my screen when I downloaded the Ajax plugin. I actually did look.
  10. Thank you, Nathan! The program didn't say anything about lacking that dependency, so I didn't know to try it. I will do so now!
  11. Earlier this year, I had an image plugin on my site's editor that was beyond the basic one; it was either Easy Image or Enhanced Image, can't recall. For life reasons, my site languished for much of this year as my group all had other concerns to deal with. So a few Invision updates took place before we resumed working on the site in the last month and a half. As I've been trying to make tweaks to the editor, I've found that adding certain plugins results in erasing every button, both on the "holding" toolbar and the live one. Basically, if I add certain ones, then everything is gone, and the only option is to hit Restore Default Configuration and start all over. I don't know what plugin originally caused this, but in the course of trying to restore a nicer-than-the-basic image button, I've identified that one of the many dependency plugins, Ajax Data Loading, is one of those that trashes everything on the toolbar. Is there a different process for adding that plugin? It's a required dependency of one of the required dependencies for the image plugins I want to use.
  12. Hey, just wanted to let you know that I'm very interested in this plugin and eager to have a chance to install it to my site. If you need a tester, let me know!
  13. Sorry, the private message link didn't work for me. Do you know how a license for an app can expire? Doesn't Invision just bill for all the apps and plugins I buy for my site in one single payment each month?
  14. My app is flagged as needing an update, but when I click to update it, instead of getting the "Install update" button, it's prompting me to purchase the app again. What am I doing wrong?
  15. Yes. I'd finally figured that out. If you picture someone who's just moved into a furnished house and suddenly dealing with a power outage, stumbling around in the dark and knocking things over and slamming their head into unseen walls, you'll have an accurate read on my attempt to wrangle managing this forum.
  16. Yes, yes it is. It seems to be making multiple calls per minute. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be... I have no way of knowing for sure. But I've watched the pages of logs increase at an alarming rate in the last hour, so I'm thinking that's excessive.
  17. Thanks, Daniel. I've set it to one day, and I'll start digging into the API calls to see if we inadvertently set something in a way that we don't want it to function.
  18. I'm not seeing a setting for disabling this. Can you point me to where I can do that?
  19. Yes, please. And that is very interesting - I wouldn't have thought we'd have that much in the API logs when we've barely begun building stuff. Good to know, and I'll watch that in the future. Yes, sorry. Didn't occur to me to even look for such a tag.
  20. What I'm looking at is the panel in the client area, which... looks even worse today, apparently stating that we've exceeded our allotted disk space, somehow. We don't have any email set up yet, as I haven't yet figured out how to accomplish that. We've got nothing on the site that could possibly be taking up this much space.
  21. Like I said, we have almost no content. There are two files in the File folder. I checked, and the tasks appear to be running, but I'll go back and look specifically at the cleanup task. I ran the cleanup task, which is set to run daily and appears to be doing so. Running it didn't change the amount of disk space being used.
  22. I have done a lot of searching, trying to hunt down the answer to this on my own, but I'm kind of stumped. Then again, I don't actually know what I'm doing, but hey - I never claimed otherwise. However, even I know that something's not right when we're still just goofing around, testing how we want to set things up, and have next to no content and only a handful of user accounts (all of which belong to the admin team and our socks) and we've somehow used 7.57 of 7.81 of our disk space. That shouldn't be happening with almost no content at all, right? What am I missing? I mean, other than disk space?
  23. Easy there, partner. No need to get upset. I'm not the one responding to everyone with 4000-word posts and citing which rule each person would be breaking on your Forum of Extreme Moderation.
