  1. Hello, today started an update and it failed with some error after the update (saying something about session being lost). Tried to restart an update shows error from the start: Please fix the issue, if I understand correctly we don't have access to the files, since this is cloud-hosted.
  2. Hello, one of our users reported that they got email saying "We have detected 3 failed log in attempts to your account ..." How do we switch off these type of emails? Thanks.
