Never mind I found my issue.

Im not sure if I have done something wrong or if image size matters but the icon image does not show for applications.

These are the Groups that the person has at the moment. I can set up an account with ACP tomorrow after work.

I had the comment/reviews enabled and it was not working So I attempted with them off and it was the same outcome.

I have a question maybe someone can answer, I have the application system installed and working for the most part but when assigning permissions its hit or miss on when departments can review there applications I have the Group "Civilian Director" with all the missions boxes ticked and the user can not see any button other than apply. Can someone explain the permissions to me so that I have a better understanding of how they work to make my task of setting up and assigning people to different application department.
