We have a few more things to announce, but we're just finalising our internal reviews. I want to do a status update on v5 early next week and outline the next steps.

One thing one of our admins can't seem to let go of: Version 5 will be available to all cloud customers correct? Including the ones still on a legacy plan?

5 will be available to all our cloud customers, yes.
In terms of pages, it would be worth seeing what those changes are once we announce them before migrating entirely. After all, even if the changes were huge, it would still involve change no matter where you move them to

2030 at the earliest, I'd say.

Our license system was down for a few hours this morning causing some oddities with license permissions. It is back up now. I am sorry for those issues.
If you are still seeing problems, login to your AdminCP, go to License, and click refresh license.

IPS is facing some connections issues this morning. ACP marketplace isn’t accessible too. Probably affecting this area too.

Disregard that. It wasn't your site with that was affected by high numbers of those. It is however in our queue to be looked at

Ahahahaha! I'm so excited this theme has been updated, was by far one of my favorites. 🙂
Everything is looking great so far in this version, except one little thing. It seems the posters portrait partially covers the name, and the date while using a record feed block 

Will play around with the customization a bit and see if I can fix it that way at all though 👍

'SS' in your example (in addParameter) is not a valid filename, it should be the actual filename including the exttension.

If you see guides like that where its not mentioned, of course let us know. I have added a note to go through them however. Topics of course, it would depend on the author doing so

While I understand that now after being with you guys for a couple years, would have saved many a headaches when starting out/for new cloud hosted users (in my opinion of course). 
Now when I see a topic mention editing a file I just nope on out of there 😛

Thank you for reporting your problem and for the detailed information.
We were able to see the behavior you are seeing in our logs and are deploying a fix. It only impacted a few of our network endpoints which is why it was intermittent and kind of hard to track down.

Its not really something that would be possible, as the you would need the platform to work on.

Yes, it's possible for REST API output to be cached at a CDN (content delivery network) level, this is also the case on our Cloud. If you must have real-time data, you can always pass an extra cache bust parameter with your request to make the request unique. Something like &ts=<unixtimestamp> would be fine.
Try not to use this too much though as you'll lose the benefit of faster responses.

I believe everything should be back to stable now. We found a bug in AWS Aurora that ended up requiring engineers to hot-patch our clusters.

It doesn't look like we specifically handle images/uploads via the REST API for this endpoint. I have logged an internal bug report for this.

I feel that. The pandemic has made things crazy! O.o
One more thing I noticed: "too much" text in the slider causes the title and bottom part of the text to cut off in mobile view (possibly something on my end)🤔
** Edit** and maybe an auto scroll function for the slider? 😉 I was able to drop a JS snippet that changes the slide every 10seconds in the slider text boxes, but would be neat to see native support for it if possible 🙂
