How do I cancel the renewal for Classic Invision ($200)?

I was playing around with some RSS Feeds yesterday and wondered if it's possible only to include a paragraph of the article being shared rather than the entire article from a feed?

My worry is copyright and plagiarism. Did I miss a setting for this?

As most know, Google Domains is shutting down, which leaves those using them needing to find a new register.

As a cloud customer, is there anything I should know before transferring my domain out?

I recently renewed my self-hosted license, but considering the future with your cloud service, I am considering switching to the cloud. I am building a new community so transferring data over should be simple (mostly a few threads and settings). My biggest question is, can you transfer what I paid last Friday towards a hosting plan? I aim to start with your beginner tier and scale up when necessary. 

For now, I only need the basics, as my focus over the next year will be content only to build up the value of the community. I did already submit a ticket I believe with sales, and I am waiting to hear back.

Other Questions:

• What is the turnaround time for switching to the cloud?
• Are there any concerns regarding the speed of the cloud (multiple users active at a time)?
• How would DNS work in regards to e-mail such as Google Workspace if I ever needed it?
• Lastly, at any point could I go from monthly to yearly in regards to billing?

I can see that, not interested in cloud as I'd need the business tier to get the amount of Live Topics I need, which is out of my price range. Sad these features are cloud only. Are all future new features going to be cloud only?

No, the forum is using the same URL assigned to my client area that I am trying to use now. I took my website and files down two years ago due to personal matters in my life. Now I am ready to get back in and this error is in the way. Not sure what to do?

Not sure if this is how it was fixed, but I added www. to my domain and now it's working, lol. So I suppose this is now solved.

I upgraded my self-hosted plan today and installed the forum files on my server, and I am getting this error.

"An installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one installation only. If you need to change the URL associated with your license, contact IPS technical support."

My account is linked to my domain, which I am using, so I do not understand why I am getting this error. The forum key linked to this domain was taken down 2 years ago. How can I fix this asap because I cannot move forward with my install right now.

We need a updated version of all this. Does not work for 4.6 at least for those of us with a new installed forum.

In 4.5 the logo is not adjusting to the logo height setting?

Is there a way to use a retina version logo? Like with a WordPress website you would upload 2 files.

I have a few questions regarding the theme.

Is there a way to add a logo to the mobile version? It does not show up on mobile and was not sure if it's by design. Would really love to be able to add that.

Lastly how does the offer work to get free access to the enhanced default theme?

Turns out maybe it's a Invision issue. Using a ad banner you can see the difference between desktop and mobile view. Also you need to work on how you speak to people who invest in your product. Using the word "buddy" makes you come off as a complete a**hole. Just a little fyi and it will reflect in my review of your theme. You're the most aggressive creator I have ever experienced when it comes to seeking help with a pre-made theme.

I am also new to the Invision community so I am still learning the ins and outs of the product. I chose your theme because I felt you have the best there is to offer here. I understand this issue may have not been YOUR product causing this issue but you could address it in a more professional manner. In other words you could maybe address this without becoming overly sensitive when somebody seeks your help with an issue EVEN if it's not caused by your product.

Having a issue with pages where content is stretching outside the boarders instead of staying within frame.

This is happening with scripts and image banners. If I use a banner that looks good on desktop, it will screw up the mobile version.

Could you please fix this?

How hard would it be for someone to create a plugin/app to integrate Printful.com with Invision's commerce addon? Printful has a plugin for platforms such as WordPress where you can import your products onto your store.

With the api you can do a whole bunch much like the WordPress plugin.

Yeah after some searching I found a plugin that does that, I am still very new to Invision. Thanks for responding.

So I recently purchased the IPS pages feature and started creating articles. Is there any way to make these articles look better in regards to images? My end goal is to make these look more like a traditional blog. Is this a theme thing or am I missing something?

Not needed, but to clarify I did ask for assistance with icons and you continued by being sarcastic and aggressive in response. By saying "customize your this theme by your pleasure it's not our problem" and proceeding to not give me an idea on how I can add a icon to each forum without breaking the look of your theme is kinda straight forward.

I will seek out another theme creator who is not aggressive and one who can understand small changes being requested.

How is it to customize the entire themes colors? Like I'd like to get rid of the dark blue for black ect. Also can we use our own icons for each forum?
