I don't think you can remove votes unless admin delete the whole profile? I didn't delete any members during the voting.

In the latest IPS version, they added new PII data option that any members can download after requests.

I tried to download it but seeing an error

I checked system log, I thought it was because a missing table in the database but apparently it is because viewers app

It happened on my site, one solution is by delete the auto invoice created by system. For some members, this doesn't work, they have to leave the club and rejoin..

Click Poster's name, go to their profile page, click  -> click Posts 

I tested on two accounts in different group, both don't have permission to view future publish topics but yet

I could see all the future publish topics from there? (Topic title, context, resource links)

Although When I actually click the topic, I see this

Hey, not sure if this is possible:

I discovered a "flaw" about this plugin, so, members on my forum are from different countries and time zone of course. If I set a countdown, for example, 3PM August 2nd.

Now the problem is (I just saw it today), while the countdown shows 9 hours left on my screen, the member from different time zone said that the countdown is only 4 hours left.

So, I'm guessing, the countdown is based on members' local time zone.

Can this be fixed? Thanks.

So currently for IPS, after you follow a member, you will receive every update from this member, both the topic they post and their comment

Can we have an option to separate these two type of notification? A lot of members on my website just want to see new topic from their followed poster not poster's comments. Thanks!

I did it on my test site too, it just applied the change, no further prompt ☹️

Hi, I have a paid club which charge member $10 for initial month, then $10 every 30 days for renew. I run this club for about 6 month.

Yesterday, I decided to raised the fee. I changed the price to $20 for joining in, $30 for every 2 month for renew.

 The new price for initial month is working, members need to pay $20 to join in but for renewal though, it doesn't take effect immediately?

I tested it by login as a member who's membership was expired on Feb 28th. I tried to renew the membership, and it still shows the fee of 1 month $10.

Does this pricing change only works for new members only? How do I fix it for current expired members? Thanks.

@SUBRTX A 500 error can literally be anything. Considering it works with the default theme I'd say the issue is some kind of change in the custom theme, but I can at least point you in the right direction if I have the actually error log.

 

Can you look up the exact error in your error_log file or in your server's control panel?

I couldn't find anything, tested again on a free third party theme, no issue so I will be contacted the theme author, thanks.

@teraßyteHello, it seems like this plugin works on default IPS theme, but when using third party theme, there is a HTTP ERROR 500 shows when visiting member's profile page, I tested it no issue on default theme

Just want you to know, my issue was solved, kinda.

@Marc Stridgen Hey Marc, just a follow-up.

I got the same error today. Never had it before. I did move to a new server but the configs are identical. The solution, in my case(I'm using CloudFlare), The TLS Version I'm using currently on CloudFlare is 1.3. (I was using 1.2 on previous server)

If I switched to 1.2, problem gone.

Does that mean IPS Marketplace doesn't support TLS 1.3?

Strange cause I just renewed my license yesterday, the license server is reachable from my server.

For anybody using CloudFlare, check your setting!!

It's confirmed to work with latest IPS and PHP 8

I was wondering do you need to create a page rule to cache the file?
