  1. Hello, I've been trying to figure out how to put a clickable URL into the message members get after they purchase "Custom Code/Voucher" from members shop. Currently it is written as - You have redeemed the item<br>%s<br>Your code is<br><br><div class='ipsCode'>%s</div><br> If you have any problems then please reply to this PM Can this be modified to be a clickable URL that is presented to them?   7. Hello I have the raffle plugin with the following errors, and when I try and uninstall I get - This page isn't working HTTP ERROR 500 I'd like to get this uninstalled and install the new version, ideas? THANK YOU!!

  9. If so please do it, charge my account, and send me the login details via email. I assume you guys don't work weekends I'm not even sure exactly what happened 😞 I created what I thought was a sub forum/discussion, was going to transfer some content into that container, decided I didn't need that SUB forum, so I deleted the sub forum, NOT the parent named "Fall" Or so I thought. I assume this comes down to that you can't in any way, just get me the data back from that "Fall" forum, even if it was a restore into a new site, then transfer just that forum over. So....... that being said, it's friday, it's late, would you be able to restore my site into a NEW one (Don't restore over my current data) charge my account forr a new system, and email me the login details??? THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME!!!
  10. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU, that was a seperate issue, we are doing a lot of work on our forum right now, it has been closed to everyone for days now. It was a sub folder/forum under 2022 - Hidden that was named Fall Could it be restored to a NEW temp forum, so I could go in and pull out the data, then that new one could get deleted after a month. We have done SOOOOOO much work over the last few days.
  11. Thanks for the reply, I'll wait for a reply from invision and hope for the best. Even if worst case scenario, it was restored into a NEW forum, and I paid for the service and was able to copy key pieces of data from it. I just don't even know how I deleted it 😞
  12. Thank you so much for the reply!! So there is no recycle bin, there is no option to pay invision to restore from a backup into a sandbox, and then transfer just that one forum back in so you don't lose all of that?

  14. Hello, I dragged a discussion forum into a different category and all the content disappeared and it was turned into a category forum without me doing anything other than dragging it. How do I get the data back that was in it and have it be a forum again? Thank you!!!

  20. Hello, I have some users stating that their photos when submitted are sideways (rotated 90 deg ClockWise) But when uploaded as an image in a forum it is right side up. Any thoughts? Thank you!

I'm having a hard time finding this, I know ACP is admin control panel, I don't see how I find system, I see icons but no names, So I assume it's the gears, then I see nothing labeled support, I do see get support, so under there I don't see system check. I did a Ctl+F on the page and don't see anything. Thanks
  22. OH ok! Now I see the problem, I assumed because it showed in the app that her percent chance of winning was 95%... that she had a 95% chance of winning. So yea, I would definitely suggest changing it so that the percent chance the app shows, is their actual percent chance of winning. So at 95% you are almost guaranteed to win it. Otherwise it is confusing to the participants to see such a high % of winning, and never winning a raffle. THANKS MATE!!!
