  1. Hello Team We need help regarding the auto welcome message in the our IP forum. Auto Welcome message is not working in our forum when user registers to the forum. Let me explain our site's functionality in detail. We have integrated the forum(http://insiderscircle.co.uk/forum) with our wordpress site (http://insiderscircle.co.uk/) using Wordpress SSO plugin. So when user purchases membership on our wordpress website then user automatically registers to the forum. User cant simply register to the forum. They need to have account on our site first then user will get access to forum. So when user automatically registers to forum they are not getting any auto welcome message. I am attaching the wordpress sso plugin so you can check coding of the plugin. Thank you for your help
  2. Hello We have installed the Auto Welcome plugin in the forum. But it's not sending Personal message to users when user registers. As we are currently using "WordPress SSO" plugin in the Ip Board. So when user register to the our Wordpress site then user automatically registers to forum as well when they visit the forum. Can you please help us solve this issue ? Thanks "
  3. Checked this out. I'm always wary of collecting to much data as it either never gets looked at or there's too much to try and interpret. Am looking at measuring the following every month: Unique member visits Total members Unique member visits as a % of total members Total reactions Community activity I'm still not confident about how to measure 'Unique member visit' In the ACP > Statistics there's the metric 'Member Visits'. It's described as 'Find members whose last visit was....'. Do you know exactly what this is measuring? is it the number of unique member visits in that time period?
  4. What metrics and KPIs do some of you forum owners track to understand engagement growth? I know there are 'Statistics' built into the software but are there plugins/add ons I should be looking at?
