I am having the same problem on my site with forums that have letters such as 'š', 'đ', 'ž', etc.

I had to change how group permissions were loaded due to requirements made in IPB 4.5. If you don't mind some manual file editing, I can give you the edits to use the old way and see if that is the problem gehre?

If it’s an ADDRESS, it must contain something@server.com. The server.com part is a HOSTNAME. 

But the bounce address that is used (in your case www@ is controlled by your mail server. You need to work with your hosting provider to set this within your mail server. 

Just kind of a warning of what can happen. If you want to use CloudFlare and have the correct IP address for users in our software, I'm afraid, you do not really have a choice.

That screen would indicate there is an issue with your server somewhere. You would need to check your server error logs on that. I cannot tell you more than that from that screen, as cloudflare provides a catch all error of 520.
With regards IP address, we can only show what your server shows. Its very likely cloudflare is masking the IPs by proxying them. You can bypass this by switching on this setting - "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" , which can be found here

This app is next in line, I'm just working on including a few bug fixes at the same time. Should be out within a week.

There was a problem during submission but I've re-uploaded a new version with the correct version information. There were quite a few changes needed to make this IPB 4.5 compatible, so I wasn't able to focus on other bugs or features at this moment.

I just updated IPS to newest version, i hope this app will be updated soon since it's in essential part of my community.

I apologies for the delay, this will be updated to IPB 4.5 but IPS has made the requirements a lot more complicated for this particular app, so it will be at least another month before it's updated.
Those that have already updated to IPB 4.5 and don't mind applying some patches, I might be able to offer a temporary patch so you can at least use this while waiting. Please PM if your willing to test this.

If you have a MySQL socket path defined in your conf_global.php, it's worth checking that the path is still correct for your new server.

No reported problems at all.
