I just bought this and am excited to use it! I turned on an example paid package, made it available to all member groups, mock logged in as a basic member - and it let me add a link without paying. Paid submission is ON. What do you think might be happening? I want to feature links that just have the image, and do not have any other info on our home page. I want to use the LINKS FEED block to do that. How can I make that happen? Even better would be to remove the word LINKS and just have the logos. That's what our people want.

Looking for a survey plugin that would allow for typeform.com - like options, including conditional ones (if this answer, then show this). In a perfect world, we'd be able to credit someone's account $ or points for finishing the survey.

Got it thank you - ok I have the widget installed. 1) how can we get the side to expand based on the size of the text here? 2) Is there a place where members can see what their points total is? Is it only accessible via the widget? Is there a way for users to get an email and/or site notification when they get points? I saw notification options but for some reason this was not listed. How about a page that lists out what actions you can take and their associated point values? Is that a manual creation via pages?

re: Users can buy points in the store for real money ( IPCommerce store not the members shop ) I can't locate the place on commerce and editing a product where to add points? I want someone to be able to buy, for example, 5,000 points with USD. How can I do this?

Just updated the theme, followed instructions, and it changed my menu colors that were set inside the theme settings. See Private Message.

You we should be giving people easy ways to use tools, or it's possible they won't really use them. Make it easier for them. The users on our site are not developers and wouldn't look for this type of detail.

AH-HA! YEP that's the issue. I think general users will miss that detail and want to cut and paste the URL from youtube like I did. Is there an easy cut and paste step or does everyone have to edit the code there? hmmm... on my dev site it works. Live site it does not. Must be conflicting with something... ACTIVITY it works, sidebar it does not...

I would like the ability for - joined club X? get club X award of some kind. Leave Club x? gets replaced. What I hear you saying is there is no way to do that right now?

I need some help! Trophies are not applying for specific groups that members are in. It just doesn't update. Can you help? Let me know what you need.

1. I've turned off BETA TESTER, but it's still showing up (badge on the right). Why? And how do I turn it off even though it's off? 2. How do I remove a users badge in their individual profile if they accidentally got the wrong one? 3. The site, upon registration, is giving users error messages "a configuration error occurred". After talking with IPS support, here's what they said: Hello, You have a lot of third-party applications and plugins, in which case, can often cause these types of issues, in this case, it looks to be the points/trophies app causing some errors, you can review all the errors in your admincp > system > support > error log. Here is one of them, BalanceUpdate returned a NULL offset - tasks should throw \IPS\Task\Queue\OutOfRangeException when they are finished Which looks to be the points/trophies app, you can reach out to the author for support on that if needed. There is also an issue with sending notifications on some apps, in this case again the trophies app. #0 /home/tokeativity/public_html/connect/system/Email/Email.php(327): IPS\_Email::devProcessTemplate('email__trophies...', 'You earned a ba...', Array) Also some errors on a social plugin perhaps of IPS\Dispatcher\memberssocialinfo_hook_css

Have you had any customers buy this to sell video access and not just provide it?
