  1. This helped! It turns out we did not have the MySQLi PHP extension loaded. Now the update is complete, everything is running. Thanks for the help @Nathan Explosion and @Adriano Faria!
  2. Unfortunately, it didn't work. We downloaded the latest version of IC, unzipped the files, uploaded the files to the server, overwriting where the same files already existed. Once that was finished for all files, we went to yourdomain.com/admin/upgrade. But that page does not open. Instead we get a 500 error (same with any other page we try to open such as yourdomain.com itself). What did we do wrong?
  3. That seems to be the solution, yes. Thanks for the help, will post later to report success (hopefully)!
  4. We are currently running IC 4.7.0 and PHP 7.4. We've been trying to update to PHP 8.0 and the latest IC version for a while, but we always run into the same problem. As soon as we enable PHP 8.0 with our hosting provider, the forum and more crucially the Admin CP are no longer visible, so we can't update the forum software. How do we solve this "chicken & egg" conundrum?
  5. I'm having trouble updating iAwards from 1.1.0 to 1.2.2. I'm currently still on Invision 4.2.9, because I wanted to update iAwards first, and then update to 4.3.5 (1.2.2 is supposedly compatible with both 4.2 and 4.3). I don't have Phar PHP enabled, and I cannot enable it. I downloaded iAwards 1.2.2, extracted, copied the folder awards1.2.2 into applications, This is what the Admin CP looks like: As you can see at the bottom, "Awards" is there to be installed (with the + button to the right). When I click that button, I get the following error: 1S111/1 In the system log I get the following error: OutOfRangeException::0 Can anyone help me with this?
  6. Thanks for the quick reply already. Let me explain a little further. Stacking: What I meant is: When a member has received multiple awards of the same type, a visual indicator of the number of awards of this type ("counter"). It doesn't seem to exist, from our tests, but maybe we are missing something. Different appearance: We already saw that it is possible to globally adjust the settings of number/size/alignment of the awards in different places. We also found that each member can personally select the order in which awards appear (thereby choosing which to display, in case he/she considers some more meaningful than others). But as far as we can see, there is no way for each member to personally select to display award A in the side panel, and awards B, C and D underneath posts. Is that correct?
  7. We have installed iawards in our community. I have a couple of questions: - Is there a way to make multiple awards of the same type "stack"? (i.e. with a counter) - Is there a way for users to make awards appear differently (e.g. hide/show, different order) in different places (such as profile, posts, side panel)?
