BrickSeek

I've looked around quite a bit and can't seem to figure out how to allow users to "Follow" a category. I can see the Follow Button as an admin, but my users can not. Similar to how users follow forum categories, I'd like for them to be able to be notified when new links are posted. Is there a setting to give them permission to follow categories? Thanks!
