  1. Update on this. We're still getting this error even after a move to Invision's cloud services. No update as of yet regarding what is causing the issue.
  2. Looks like it could be a memory issue. We're still looking into it now.
  3. We checked, we didn't get any error logs server side.
  4. Unfortunately it seems I was incorrect. We assumed updating the PHP would fix it, but it has not. We still seem to have this -200 error whenever attempting to upload files larger than 200mb. This is through an s3 configuration, so I'm not sure if that might have something to do with it.
  5. So there is no way to get support other than purchasing a new license? Not renewals or other methods?
  6. I recently purchased an additional license to our forum software, and am trying to get technical support for a current issue regarding our download module. However it says I haven't purchased the option to receive support? How do I purchase this. Does this not come with the standard license renewal?
  7. I am currently trying to mass prune members currently (we've got a lot of spammer accounts a few days ago) and the prune function doesn't seem to be working reliably. I have about 2000 users to prune, and it'll get through a handful... and then just stop. Any ideas why this could be happening?
  8. Yeah, that seems to be what it is. Appears to be a PHP memory limit. Someone was uploading a file over the size of 460 and we need to update our PHP settings to handle that.
  9. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
  10. Hi so recently we've been having an issue. Some of our blogs we have as RSS imports. Usually announcements from our Steam pages, or other things we really would like to automatically import into our forum. The only issue... is that for RSS imports, there are a lot of missing pieces of content that traditionally would be added to a normal blog entry. Things like banner images, and other things (especially in grid view) look really awkward when missing... and there is currently no good looking method for RSS imports with blogs that aren't all missing banners and pictures for grid view. Is there any alternative view similar to grid view that would help make RSS imports more viewable? Even just having an option to disable the grid image would be better than nothing. Why display a big stock image for a blog post when there is no image to display? I'd rather just display the text.
  11. I would be entirely fine with purchasing multiple licenses to cover each website.
  12. Hi. I love IPS. We use it for a lot of our communities. However we're getting to a point where having multiple communities running simultaneous copies of IPS is getting overwhelming. I'd really prefer if there was a way to have a single universal version of IPS, and then each domain has its own subcommunity in a single universal IPS install. I'm not sure if this is possible. Pretty sure it isn't, but if possible... it would be a great feature to have. I don't care if I'd have to pay for each IPS per-domain instance... but merely having a consistent user base across each domain would be fantastic. https://operationharshdoorstop.com/ https://drakelings.bluedrake42.com/ https://teardownmods.com/ https://freegamedownloads.org/
  13. Our site's S3 service appears to be messed up... and I'm really struggling to resolve it. Is there anyone that can give us support directly that has experience with S3? I am happy to pay for the help. Feel free to just message me. Cheers!
  14. https://drakelings.bluedrake42.com/ Don't know why but every time I try to upload a screenshot I get one of two errors. 15. Never had an issue with standard license keys, no.
  16. I think the issue is when you have too many people attempting to buy a key at the same time. If you'd like I can give you access to our backend, perhaps you can see what is going on there. We were doing key giveaways with a free store item, and so many people rushed to purchase it at the same time... I believe it overloaded and this happened somehow. Let me know whatever you need to fix this, access or otherwise. I'll help you get it fixed. This is the only thing in the way of this application being a 5 star rating for us.
  17. There is a bug which causes invoices to be created infinitely. Would appreciate this being fixed as quickly as possible.
  18. Would it be possible to have an option where linking your Patreon to an IPS account is permanent? Or only allow administrators to disconnect an account? We have an issue with users linking their Patreon account, redeeming all their rewards, unlinking the account, creating a new account on our website, linking their Patreon account again, and then redeeming all their rewards twice. If we had a system that made linking your Patreon account a permanent action (unless an administrator intervenes) that would solve this issue. Would this be possible?
  19. I mean I'll be pretty straight forward. https://teardownmods.com/ I run this site that allows users to upload modifications for a game called Teardown. We run ads on the site using Google Ads. It would be awesome if there was some native functionality where users could get account credit from page views, or possibly even account credit directly from Google Ads analytics regarding the monetization performance of their page. Things like this is what takes websites from being just a normal web page, into a full blown self-perpetuating economy. Edit: We were looking at doing something integrated with the Member Shop plugin from the marketplace, but I think I'd rather wait for a cleaner implementation.
  20. So one thing we're working on currently is to build revenue sharing features into our website. Google Ads allow for revenue sharing with members, but requires a lengthy application process to acquire the Google Ads Host API which we're currently in the process of doing. I'm wondering if there is any interest from the IPS team to natively implement the ability to track and share revenue from advertisements with members using the commerce system? Perhaps there is another solution for this that I haven't encountered yet?
  21. Not a bad idea, but I'd really like each project be domain-specific. So for instance one club would be for one game with its own domain (or sub domain) and another club would be for another game, also with its own domain (or sub domain.) I don't think that is possible to do with clubs. Goofy I know but... having clean domains for each of the games we support is really important to us.
  22. I found a solution using oauth and creating oauth clients! I guess its not the same thing as having fully integrated sites, but I guess it works for now! I wish it was possible to just have a modular site so we could have multiple domains all powered by the same universal IPS hub. I don't know if that is possible. Basically we run file download sites, and we have to keep making new IPS sites for each "HUB" but I wish it was possible to just have one single IPS site with multiple file download modules for each domain. Maybe someday?
  23. Hi, I run multiple websites powered by IPS. Does anyone know if there is an option to allow my site registrations to share a single database? I'd like to have a single sign-in for all my users across all websites if that's possible. Any ideas?
  24. Can we limit paid files only to specific categories at least?
  25. I don't know if this is possible... but we are wanting to create two sections of the website that both have downloads. However one section of the site will exclusively be free downloads, and the other section of the site will paid downloads. Is this possible?
