So on our website we have set the award to be issued by the account 'British Borders' as shown below:

However when an award is being issued the above setting is not detected for some reason and instead the award is granted to you by yourself as shown below:

This has always been the case and we are eager to resolve this.

Not to worry i have fixed it. ^ My comment can be deleted.

We have a small problem with our awards which has been bugging me for a while.

On our website we have an award for 200 posts. This works and members receive a notification and the award when they reach 200

However i have reached 200 and in the author pane the award does not display for me even though it is on my account as shown below:

For another member who has also achieved the 200 posts it does display for him correctly as shown below

Could you please help us find a solution to this. It has been like this for about 4 months.

I have checked as requested that issue and removed the group permission and just set the time in the form however when i press save it goes back to 1 seconds.

Firstly i set it to 172800 seconds and press save

I then go back on the permission and it resets the value to 1 seconds.

All permission groups have been set to empty (which it then auto disables it in group perms)

So we have gone to update our form wait times to one week however in doing so we encounter the following problem.

Our wait times are inherited from group permissions (we have tried the alternative way as well) and have set it too 172800 seconds before another form can be submitted however the message that people receive when trying to submit a new application shows no more than 60 minutes.

The image below shows a member who tried submitting an application 45 minutes atfer submitting a previous one. It tells him he can resubmit one in 15 minutes but should in fact say a lot longer (based on our one week wait)

Could you please help with this.

Your donation system is awesome. We just bought it. I have read through the last 5 pages of this forum thread and i saw someone encountered this problem before.

I have removed the ability to donate anonymously however it is still not displaying the donation amount here

However it does on here

So i have been setting up some awards for our new website @-RAW- and have encountered a problem. When we enable an award after creating the rule to automatically assign the award based on conditions it spams the award multiple times to the player. Why is that? Has anybody else experienced this? 

I only want it to give the award once.
