Missing Lincs

I can see one change, php was updated from 8.1 to 8.2 globally. I changed back to 8.1 for this domain, now firefox shows:- Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ... and after a few minutes and a cache clear, I'm back up - panic over! My site, coastguards24-7.co.uk stopped working earlier today, I can't login to the admin CP, the forum just shows a blank page. Where do I start to fix it? I have access to the domain CP on my hosting platform.
