You may wish to simply create a new theme so that all your templates are default.

I tried it and can confirm it. When a field is copied, the system makes sure that keys are different. But one can indeed create the same key for different fields by using the same title.

I am not sure if this is a bug or issue whether rather feedback.
I have created page, database...
and category, where I filled up Name of category "This is title"

 
On Meta Tags & Title card I see option Category title
 

 
so I filled up this field too and result is:
 
<title>This is title - This is title tag - My site</title>  
But I would expect in title only This is title tag - My site.
 
Because when I am creating page and fill this:
 

 
and then this:
 

 
result is:
 
<title>My Main page title - My site</title>  
So Page Title on Meta Tags & Title card replaced page title filled up on Details card. This is how it should works in my opinion.
 
But in case of categories Category title on Meta Tags & Title card was added to original Name filled on Configuration card. If I used the same name in both fields, I would have duplicate content in the category name.

I got confused because you said BOARD INDEX in your first post, so I thought you were talking about Forums, although you mention Pages databases too.

If this is important, you could create a new generic member account site "Site News" and post announcements from it.  I know it's not as easy/convenient as a built in solution, but might help short term.  

There isnt for announcements at present. Please feel free to post this up as a suggestion if its something you would like to see in the future of course

You would need to select slovak in the top right of your admin CP. If you click on the menu next to your profile picture, you will see a language selection menu

You can compare all the tables with the default tables added by the Ipb 4.6 and remove the ones that are extra. But be careful to not remove any tables added by apps or plugins that you are currently using though.

I'm going to move this topic to the feedback forum as I think it's more feedback on improving the software than anything.

I don't want approve, not resend validation email, nor ban.
I want unapprove this email change. How?
 
And second thing: when member changed email address, new notification go to new email.
But they should go to the new email after confirmation. Member changed email to blahblah@blahblah.tld and now I get Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender notifications.
 

So i need unapprove this email change and reset settings to the his/her original email address.
