  1. As you have quite a few members awaiting validation, you may wish to change your notification preference to "every occurrence." Outside of that, the software is configured correctly, and you are not encountering any errors in the system so any email delivery issues would be on the email provider end.
  2. You wouldn't if your tables are already in InnoDB. Contact your hosting provider if you are unsure what you are doing. As mentioned, this can corrupt data so working with your hosting provider is advised.
  3. Do you have an example user and event that they're not receiving which you can provide?
  4. I would just copy them the error message you're receiving.
  5. There is a great deal of variables involved with performing this, which it is best to have someone with server administrative responsibility carry out and ensure it goes properly. Additionally, the burden of the responsibility of the table engine is on the server administrator/hosting provider. There could be many multitudes of reasons why your server may have InnoDB available but not recommended, a script may cause corruption, etc... Unfortunately, there has to be a hard line drawn for responsibilities from software and server. Having a one-stop shop for support is great but that is not what the Classic/self-hosted license is, I'm afraid. Self-hosted is self-managed for server responsibility items like this. If a one-stop shop for support is what you want, switching to our Cloud will provide that as we will manage your hosting and server support on our infrastructure. I understand this does not really help you much in your current situation but hope it provides some insight to why we don't provide support for some server-responsible tasks. I'd reduce complexity of your query and remove the variables and just type in your database name for this line WHERE table_schema = @DATABASE_NAME
  6. Apologies, looks like we missed you updating your credentials. This is indicating that CURL is having issues here. Please ensure that it is enabled properly.
  7. Keycaptcha was always one which was on the user to create a key for, I'm afraid.
  8. We are utilizing the "Feed" style here. You can manage blocks by going to the Page Editor (under your name like the Theme Editor). Trending content is not available for your plan, however.
  9. You will need to login to their user area where you created your key with them.
  10. You will need to contact your hosting provider to ensure that PHP sessions are correctly configured :) .
  11. As you are so far behind, you will need to upgrade to PHP 8.1 (run the script I mentioned above and if it checks out OK) and then do a manual upgrade. You won't be able to run the ACP auto upgrade.
  12. You will need to complete the report and then you can delete the whole report, if you choose. I have submitted this internally to review further but that is the current workflow.
  13. Please keep in mind that you submitting a topic for support is that authorization for us to go take a look at your ACP. You can always remove the credentials if you wish for us to ask each time. Please ensure your credentials are valid. Looks like you require an email address on login but provided us a display name.
  14. I can take a courtesy look at your configuration and system logs but apart from that, we will require you to contact your email provider for any issues. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  15. Keep in mind that we are telling you about the sending server/provider, not the receive email address which you are stating further here.
  16. To edit your theme, you would go to the front-end and click your display name -> Theme Editor.
  17. Using the automatic option is fine on our Cloud.
  18. For version 4, you will need PHP 8.1 and need to ensure that you're PHP meets the base requirements outlined here:
  19. Yup, that is what I was using.
  20. Are you still sending via the same email provider? That is what you want to check
  21. Which of your sites are we looking at here? Currently, the one you marked as responsible is half installed.
  22. While I understand your position, we have no evidence at the moment to detail that there is an error on our end. No email errors, no system errors, etc... Thus, the email is being sent out and just simply not arriving in your inbox (for whatever reason). Due to we have no control over your email once it leaves our application, this falls outside our scope of support.
  23. I'm afraid, the ACP credentials are still not working.
  24. Thank you, that helps. Please note that what you're seeing in reported content is that the content was deleted but the report is still active. You will need to mark the report as complete if you are done with. This functions in this manner as you may take action on content but want to acknowledge or speak with the reporter, etc...
  25. Apologies, as mentioned in your ticket, we are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. As of now, things should be getting back to normal or normalized.
